What To Expect

What is included with every LED shoe order?

Every order includes a pair of LED Shoe Source LED Light Up Shoes and a dual USB charging connector that can easily charge 2 shoes at the same time. Also included is a black carrying bag.

*Note - wall adapter is not included

Once I order my LED Light Up Shoes, how long does it take to ship?

Order's placed before 2 PM Eastern will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email with you tracking information.

When will my shoes arrive?

Once we process your order, we will ship ground with either UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL Express for all shipments unless expedited shipping is purchased at checkout.

Are the LED shoes waterproof?

Our light up shoes are water resistant on the outside of the shoe and can sustain small amounts of water such as rain or snow. The battery located inside the shoe must stay dry in order to avoid issues occurring with the battery, causing the shoes to malfunction and possibly need to change the battery.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

It takes approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge your rechargeable battery.

How long do the LED shoes last per charge?

The LED lights will stay lit for up to 4-6 hours before needing to be recharged. The battery life may be affected by the type of setting that your shoes are on. (brighter colors take up more battery life, as well as strobe and color changing setting) and may need to be recharged sooner.

How many color options do the LED shoes come with?

The LED shoes have 7 LED static color options:

Red
Yellow
Green

Purple
Aqua
White

In addition, the shoes also have 1 LED strobe setting and 2 LED color changing options that rotate through each of the 7 colors.

What sizes do your LED shoes come in?

We offer the following sizes for Men, Women, and kids.

Men: 6-12
Women: 4-12
Kids: 3-7
Little kids: 6-2

How do I get a refund?

Once your order has been approved and processed, we will process a refund to the original card used.

How are the LED lights on the sneakers powered?

Each LED light is powered by a rechargeable battery that is easily charged using a USB connection cable that is included with your sneakers.

How do I charge my LED Shoes?

Visit our Tutorial page, to see a detailed video on how to turn your Flashing Shoes on/off, change the color settings, and properly charge your shoes.

How do I turn my LED Flashing Shoes on/off?

Located on the inside of your LED Shoes is a charging port. Press the button directly below the charging port to turn the lights on. To turn off the lights, press and hold the same button until the lights go off.
